- PRUF Payment Gateway: The Basics
PRUF is a payment system that uses UPI and comes with a “Pay When You Get It” option. Here’s a breakdown of how it functions:
- Order Placement: When you place an order, your bank account has a hold on the payment amount. This makes sure the money is available but not taken out yet.
- Order Confirmation: Once we get the go-ahead from PRUF, we’ll ship your order.
- Payment Upon Delivery: After we deliver the order, the money will be deducted from your bank account.
- Order Refusal and Cancellation Fees
- If you say no to the package when it arrives, we’ll give you a refund minus cancellation fees.
- Cancellation Fees: The fees for cancelling change based on things like how much you ordered how much it cost, and where we’re sending it.
