At Casebox, run by Axel Enterprise, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery of your purchases.

  1. Order Processing
  • Dispatch Time: We process and send out all orders within one work day after we confirm your payment.
  • Work Days: We consider Monday through Friday as work days, except for public holidays.
  1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We give you these shipping choices:

  • Express Shipment: It takes 3-5 business days to deliver, based on where the buyer lives.
  • Surface Shipment: It takes 6-7 business days to deliver, based on where the buyer lives.

Keep in mind that travel time can change depending on where it’s going and if the shipping company has any unexpected delays.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • We figure out shipping costs, if there are any when you check out and add them to your total. The price depends on how heavy and big your order is, and where we’re sending it.
  1. Tracking Information

After we ship your order, you’ll get an email with tracking details. You can use these details to keep an eye on where your package is and when it’ll arrive.

  1. Delivery Issues
  • Wrong Addresses: Make sure all shipping details are right when you buy. We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to wrong or old addresses.
  • Late Delivery: We try to meet expected delivery times, but delays can happen that we can’t control. Get in touch with the shipping company for the most up-to-date delivery info.
  • Shipments Lost or Damaged: If your order gets lost or damaged while being shipped, email us at info@casebox.shop. We’ll help you sort out the problem.

Right now, we don’t ship . We deliver within India.
