At Casebox, run by Axel Enterprise, we care about keeping our customers happy. But we don’t give refunds or take returns except in a few special cases we’ll explain below.

  1. No Returns or Cancellations
  • We don’t allow returns or cancellations after you’ve placed an order.
  • We suggest you take a good look at all the product info before you buy. If you’re not sure about something just ask us before you order.
  1. Refunds and Replacements

If you get a wrong or damaged product (which doesn’t happen often), we’ll give you a refund or send a replacement – it’s your choice. To make this go here’s what you need to do:

  • Unboxing Video: You must record a video of you opening the package. Show the sealed box and what’s inside. We need this to claim insurance from shipping companies and to speed up giving you a refund or replacement.
  • Claim Process: After we see your unboxing video and check the problem, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
